Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC Terms of Use.
Thank you for your interest in and use of our Site content and services (hereafter: “Services”). Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC (Hereafter: “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides these Services to you (“you” or “your”), subject to the terms contained in this "Agreement" (Mary Welch Services Terms of Use).
The Services and all data, design, logo, text, images, structure, graphics including all arrangments thereof (including the “Asthetic look”) contained in www.marywelch.com (“Site”) are proprietary, confidential and are licensed under this Agreement and not sold to you. By using or visiting our Site and its contains, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree or violate this Agreement, please discontinue using our Site.
Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC and/or its partners collaborators and subsidiaries, (hereafter; “We” or “Our”), reserve the right to change, adjust, add or delete portions of these Terms of Use without notice. It is the user’s responsibility to intermittently check our Terms of Use for any changes to the terms. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you abide by these Terms of Use, we permit you a personal, non-restricted, non-transferable, limited privilege to visit and utilize the Site and its services.

Anything expressed or implied but not limited to health and fitness for a particular purpose, any products or services we provide. Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC and or its partners collaborators and subsidiaries, licensors and sponsors are neither responsible nor liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or other damages arising out of or relating in any way to the site, site-related services, content, or information contained within the site, and/or any hyperlinked website. Your solution for dissatisfaction with the site, site-related services, and/or linked websites is to stop using the site and/or those services.
We attempt to make sure the integrity and information in the Site is as correct and accurate as possible however, we make no guarantee whatsoever as to the correctness or accuracy of our Site and its contents. It is possible that the Site could include errors or incorrect information, and that at any time unauthorized additions, deletions, and changes could be made to the Site by third parties. In the event such an inaccuracy is discovered by a user, we welcome you to inform us so that it can be resolved. Information contained on the Site may be changed and or updated without notice. In the event of inaccurate price for our services or an inaccurate description of a product, we will contact the customer with accurate information and/or price difference if the product or service has been purchased.
1. Requirements to Use the Services.
You must be a minimum of 18 years of age or if you have parental consent, at least 13 years of age in all other Authorized Jurisdictions. The Services are not intended for users under the Minimum Age. If you are not at least the Minimum Age, do not have parental consent if under 18 years of age, or you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Services.

Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC and its Site www.marywelch.com prohibits the use of the site to orchestrate harassment, hate, bullying, cyberstalking, shaming, intimidation or any other type of harassment. We prohibit the use of direct language or implied language or any sound or imagery that discriminates against the Site as well as other users. Discrimination toward someone on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender identity or sex is strictly prohibited.
We are an inclusive entity and welcome everyone as long as they abide by the Terms of Use.
Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC reserves the right to report and contact appropriate legal authorities in a situation where we deem a Site user's actions are in the violation of discrimination laws or laws in general. We always appreciate your feedback or other suggestions, but you understand that we may use your feedback or suggestions without any obligation to compensate you for them (just as you have no obligation to offer them).

Notwithstanding anything within this provision or these Terms of Use, Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user’s account with or without notice to said user for any reason, at the sole discretion of Company.

Our Site may contain links to other independent third-party websites or offers (“Other Links”). These Other Links are provided as a convenience to our Site visitors. We are not liable for the accuracy or actions of these Other Links. By visiting our Site you agree, Mary Welch Life Coacing LLC is not liable for any damages of any kind, including but not limited to: direct, indirect, incidental, special, negligent, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from the attendance of any Licensee event or any programs, events, products or services administered by any Licensee.
11. Affiliate Disclaimer.
If you have any causes of action, contracts, claims, suits, costs, demands and damages of whatever nature or kind in law or in equity arising from your contract or relationship with an Affiliate of any of the Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC services or products, you are required to address your grievance with that Affiliate directly.

12. Miscellaneous.

Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC may assign these Terms at its discretion. You may not assign these Terms. No waiver of any obligation or right of either party shall be effective unless in writing, executed by the party against whom it's being enforced.
In addition to money damages, Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC shall be entitled to seek equitable relief where appropriate if a user breaches of any of these Terms. These Terms are severable and may be construed to the full extent of their enforceability in light of the parties’ mutual intent.
This Agreement constitutes the complete and exclusive agreement between you and Mary Welch Life Coaching LLC. with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written communications, proposals, representations, understandings, or agreements not specifically incorporated herein.
